This service includes one professional mystery shopping phone call to a U.S.-based business. Our trained callers pose as genuine customers and follow the script, scenario, or evaluation guidelines provided by the buyer to assess customer service, sales performance, compliance, or other specified objectives. Calls are intended to average under five minutes but may extend up to a maximum of ten minutes if necessary to complete the evaluation.
Single Call

$450Each location can include one or two contact attempts depending on buyer preference. If a location is non-responsive after both attempts, the call is considered complete and is non-refundable.
Calls may be placed from one phone number or multiple phone numbers depending on your project requirements. Multiple trained callers are available if the same location, employee, or shift needs to be evaluated more than once for consistency or comparison.
Included with each completed call is documentation of the call date, time, call duration, who answered (when available), and completion of a customized evaluation form containing the buyer provided metrics in addition to standard call details. We can also evaluate metrics such as response time, professionalism, product knowledge, sales techniques, appointment scheduling, script compliance, and overall customer experience.
The buyer must provide either a written script, customer scenario, or clear evaluation guidelines prior to the calls being placed, along with any custom scorecard questions or reporting requirements. Projects may target specific employees, departments, locations, regions, or shifts.
Non-responsive locations are non-refundable.

This service includes one outbound cold call to a U.S.-based phone number, conducted according to the script or general call guidelines provided by the buyer. Calls are intended to average under five minutes in length but may extend up to a maximum of ten minutes if necessary to complete the objective.

Clients must provide grading metrics, alias information, and up to eight questions to be asked during the call. Pricing information is not guaranteed.
Up to two report revisions are included. All reports reflect observed interactions and responses, and accuracy or responsiveness from the location cannot be guaranteed.
