Proposal & Approval

Following our consultation, you'll receive a customized proposal through HoneyBook outlining the project scope, services, timeline, pricing, and deliverables.

Once the proposal has been reviewed and approved, you can securely complete payment through HoneyBook. A receipt will automatically be generated for your records, and your project will officially move into our production pipeline where scheduling and preparation begin.

Project Execution

After your project is approved, our team begins conducting evaluations according to the agreed-upon scope. Calls are completed using the scenarios, evaluation criteria, and reporting requirements established during the planning phase.

Throughout the project, we remain available to answer questions and provide progress updates whenever appropriate. Our goal is to ensure every evaluation is completed professionally, consistently, and with complete confidentiality.

Completion

Once all evaluations have been completed, we compile and review the results before preparing your final deliverables. Depending on your selected reporting option, findings may be provided through customized reporting forms, Airtable, Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or another agreed-upon format.

You'll be notified as soon as your project is complete, and all reports and supporting documentation will be delivered through the agreed method. After delivery, the project is formally closed within HoneyBook, where you'll have access to your proposal, invoice, receipt, and project records for future reference.
