This service includes one professional mystery shopping phone call to a U.S.-based business. Our trained callers pose as genuine customers and follow the script, scenario, or evaluation guidelines provided by the buyer to assess customer service, sales performance, compliance, or other specified objectives. Calls are intended to average under five minutes but may extend up to a maximum of ten minutes if necessary to complete the evaluation.

This service includes one outbound cold call to a U.S.-based phone number, conducted according to the script or general call guidelines provided by the buyer. Calls are intended to average under five minutes in length but may extend up to a maximum of ten minutes if necessary to complete the objective.

This service includes up to two contact attempts. If a location is non-responsive, the service is non-refundable; however, a one-time swap to an alternate location will be allowed for the final attempt if needed. The mystery shop includes a 10–30 minute phone call, an online inquiry, limited follow up communication and a detailed report based on my findings. Clients must provide grading metrics, alias information, and up to eight questions to be asked during the call.
