I create UGC-style branded content to showcase your brand and products. Services include custom scripts, product highlights and demonstrations, promotional photos, and UGC-style videos for marketing use. Each package includes 2 revisions, and all content is submitted for approval prior to delivery.

This service includes one outbound cold call to a U.S.-based phone number, conducted according to the script or general call guidelines provided by the buyer. Calls are intended to average under five minutes in length but may extend up to a maximum of ten minutes if necessary to complete the objective.

Each order covers one call attempt per location. If a location does not answer, is non-responsive, or declines to engage, the call is still considered completed and is nonrefundable. This is a single-attempt service, and any additional attempts must be purchased separately.

Calls may be placed from a single phone number or multiple numbers depending on your needs. Multiple trained callers are available if the same location needs to be contacted more than once.

Included with each completed call is documentation of the call date, time, and who answered if applicable, along with completion of a data sheet containing up to five buyer-provided questions in addition to standard call details.

The buyer must provide a written script or clear call guidelines prior to the call being placed, as well as any custom data sheet questions in advance. International calls may be requested but must be discussed and approved prior to purchase, as additional rates may apply.

Non-responsive locations are nonrefundable.

I will evaluate one location through a virtual mystery shop conducted via phone and online inquiry.

This service includes up to two contact attempts. If a location is non-responsive, the service is non-refundable; however, a one-time swap to an alternate location will be allowed for the final attempt if needed. The mystery shop includes a 10–30 minute phone call, an online inquiry, and a detailed report based on my findings. Clients must provide grading metrics, alias information, and up to eight questions to be asked during the call. Pricing information is not guaranteed.

Up to two report revisions are included. All reports reflect observed interactions and responses, and accuracy or responsiveness from the location cannot be guaranteed.
